If you like Pomegranate, you'll love this new pink cocktail made with Yellowglen Pink Sparkling Wine.

Ingredients:

1 ounce pomegranate liqueur

1 1/4 ounces pomegranate juice

1 ounce raspberry rum

4 ounces sparkling wine, yellowglen pink

Directions:

1. Combine first three ingredients with ice and shake.
2. Strain into 8 oz martini glass. Top with Pink.
3. Garnish with orange twist.
