Pink Meringue Cookies

I had to include these easy and pretty ones for any holiday baking. You don't have to add any chips either if you wish.
Ingredients:
1/2 box of small sized cherry jello
2 egg whites
1 tsp vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cups sugar, divided
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites till stiff.
2. GRADUALLY add Jello and 1/2 the sugar. 1 TBS at a time.
3. Beat well between each addition.
4. Add salt and vinegar.
5. Add reserved sugar, 1 TBS at a time.
6. Fold in Chocolate chips.
7. Drop onto paper lined cookies sheets.
8. SMALL cookies work best.
9. Bake at 250 for 20 min.
10. Turn off oven and cool for at least 20 min.
11. Keep in airtight container in Fridge.
12. These become sticky in humid weather, so avoid making them when it's raining.
13. These make really pretty pink ones!
