From the Royal Hawaiian Hotel
Ingredients:
1 ounce dark rum
1 ounce light rum
1 ounce orange curacao
3 ounces orange juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
1 teaspoon amaretto
1 teaspoon simple syrup
1 teaspoon grenadine
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in order starting with the light rum on down in a highball glass over shaved ice.
2. Stir.
3. Pour dark rum over top.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry or edible flower.
