This light salad is nice and sweet and can be prepared in 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
4 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
1. Blend together the pineapple, cream cheese and vanilla. Stir in nuts, fold in whipped topping and chill before serving.
