Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat curry powder in butter, stirring, for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in onions; continue cooking, stirring frequently, until onions are softened.
  3. Blend in flour and ginger; add chicken broth and pineapple.
  4. Heat to boiling; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in turkey.
  6. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes longer, or until heated through.
  7. Stir in lemon juice.
  8. Serve with hot cooked rice.
