A very refreshing drink the kids will love. At least mine do! It's quick and easy. This recipe is based on a pineapple julius recipe I found online. It called for canned pineapple so I tweaked it a bit so I could use up the fresh pineapple I had.
Ingredients:
1 whole fresh pineapple
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups cold water
2 cups crushed ice
Directions:
1. Cut pineapple from rind, core, and cut into chunks.
2. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour and serve.
