Ingredients:
8 (1/2-inch-thick) slices angel food cake, torn into bite-size pieces
4 cups pineapple sherbet
1/2 cup lemon curd
1/2 cup fresh blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries
Directions:
1. Place angel food cake pieces evenly into 8 individual dessert dishes.
2. Scoop 1/2 cup sherbet over cake in each dish; top each serving with 1 tablespoon lemon curd and 1 tablespoon berries. Serve immediately.
