Pineapple Sheet Cake

This is an incredibly moist cake. I really love it and especially enjoy the glaze!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
2 cups crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans, optional
glaze
3/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large cookie sheet. 11x17
2. Mix eggs and 1 1/2 cups of sugar
3. Add flour, baking soda and pineapple
4. Mix well and pour into pan
5. Sprinkle brown sugar over top
6. Bake 20-25 minutes
7. Remove from oven, poke with fork all over and pour glaze on top
8. Let cool and cut into bars
9. GLAZE
10. Combine all ingredients in saucepan
11. Boil for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly and pour over cake
