Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put pinapple, juice and sugar in small sauce pan.
  2. Cook to reduce volume by 1/2.
  3. Add soy sauce and pepper flakes.
  4. Cook for several minutes - until sugar is disolved.
  5. Add lemon or lime juice.
  6. Add butter and drizzle over grilled, sauted, or baked salmon as soon as the butter melts.
  7. Oh and of course save some pineapple for yourself.
