Ingredients:
3 cups peeled diced fresh pineapple
1/2 cup chinese plum sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup thai sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons vietnamese chili-garlic sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
Directions:
1. Combine pineapple, plum sauce, rice vinegar, water, cilantro, sweet chili sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame seed, garlic and ginger in bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
