Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pineapple
3/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup lime juice
2 to 3 tablespoons canned green peppercorns, rinsed and drained
salt
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine pineapple, red onion, lime juice, and green peppercorns (to taste). Season to taste with salt.
