Ingredients:
2 slices pineapple, coarsely chopped |
1 teaspoon superfine sugar |
1 1/2 ounces brandy |
dash raspberry syrup |
1/2 cup crushed ice |
club soda |
twist lemon peel |
pineapple stick |
Directions:
1. Muddle the pineapple and sugar thoroughly in a cocktail shaker. Add the brandy, raspberry syrup and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass, fill up with soda, and decorate with lemon peel and pineapple stick. |
