Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups chopped fresh pineapple
2 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons minced fresh mint
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and store in a glass container in refrigerator. Serve with chicken, pork, fish, or low-fat cheese.
