Something I threw together with ingredients on hand and it was great! No added sugars here!
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup red seedless grapes
3 ounces plain nonfat greek yogurt
1 cup ice
Directions:
1. Blend together juice, grapes and yogurt. When mixed well, add ice and blend until slushy.
