Great fruit dip!
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
5 tablespoons pineapple juice
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except coconut in a mixing bowl.
2. Blend until creamy.
3. Stir in coconut.
4. *Serve with fruit or crackers.
5. Also really good on bagels!
