PINEAPPLE DESSERT CASSEROLE This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corrigan Estate in Justin, Texas in 1992. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup granulated sugar |
20 ounce can crushed pineapple |
1 teaspoon salt |
4 eggs |
8 slices bread |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar together until well combined then add eggs one at a time beating well.
2. Add pineapple with juice then stir in bread cubes.
3. Pour into buttered baking pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
