Pineapple Cream Salad

This is such a good salad. Great with poultry, ham and beef!
Ingredients:
1-3oz pkg. lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
1-14 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
8 oz. cream cheese
100 mini marshmallows
1 cup whipping cream
Directions:
1. Combine jello and boiling water. Stir to dissolve.
2. Add pineapple with juice.
3. Cut cream cheese into very small cubes and add to jello.
4. Add marshmallows and stir.
5. Chill till slightly thickened and stir again.
6. Whip cream and fold into jello.
7. Chill until ready to serve.
