I got this recipe from my aunt. This salsa is very tasty.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1/2 cup chopped fresh cranberries
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup finely chopped dates
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients well and chill.
2. The salsa will last several days in the refrigerator.
