Yum! Tropical drink that will make you think you're by the ocean!
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped pineapple, frozen
1 medium banana, cut into 1/2 inch slices, frozen
3/4 cup unsweetened light coconut milk, chilled
3/4 cup orange juice, chilled
Directions:
1. In beldner, combine coconut milk and orange juice; add pineapple and banana. Cover and blend until smooth. If desired, garnish each serving with shaved coconut.
