Pineapple Carrot Coffee Cake

I am not sure where this recipe originated from, but I've had a written copy in my recipe collection for quite some time. This cake comes together fairly quick (except for grating the carrot).
Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg (or 1/4 cup egg substitute)
3 tablespoons oil
1 cup carrot, grated
8 ounces crushed pineapple, w' juice
1/3 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*. Coat a 9 round pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine sugar, egg and oil, mixing well.
3. Add carrots, pineapple and orange juice, blending well.
4. Combine dry ingredients and then add to carrot mixture stirring until moist. Spread in prepared pan.
5. Topping:.
6. Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle over cake batter.
7. Bake 350* for 25-35 minutes.
