Pineapple Cake for Those in a Rush! One Bowl, Easy!

This is one of those one-bowl, no brainers which makes a delicious, moist cake when you have no time to fuss. It is best frosted with a simple white frosting, or be creative and flavor as you wish.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
2. Add the wet stuff.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Pour into lightly greased 9 x13 pan.
5. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes, or until brown.
6. Cool and frost.
7. Freezes well.
