If you want to keep it low fat use skim milk. Or go for it thicker use vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple, cubed
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana, cut into 1 inch pieces (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Directions:
1. Put all into a Vita-Mix and blend till smooth and creamy.
