Pineapple Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In ungreased 9-inch square pan, place chicken, skin side up (I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts).
  3. Brush with butter.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
  6. Prepare glaze.
  7. Pour over chicken breasts.
  8. Return to oven and continue baking 30 to 40 minutes, basting occasionally until deep golden brown and tender.
