Pineapple Angel Food Cupcakes

This recipe is so easy it is scary. My dad has to watch his sugar and my mom has been making these for years. No clue where she got the recipe from.
Ingredients:
1 box of angel food cake mix
1 20 oz can of pineapple in its own juice
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350 degrees
2. Line 3 regular size cupcake pans with papers *
3. In a large non metal bowl, mix cake mix and pineapple. It will get very foamy and bubbly.
4. Fill cupcake pans to almost the top of each cup.
5. Bake for about 22 min, until light golden brown on top. If you can not put all three pans on one rack, rotate pans half way through cooking.
6. These do not cook very high, so they will not have the normal cupcake tops. Let cool and enjoy!!
7. * If you don't have muffin pans or cupcake pans, this can be baked in a tube pan or loaf pan. Follow times on box for tube pans, for loaf pan when top is golden brown it should be done.
