Pineapple And Lime Jam

This stuff is so good! It will keep for 6 months in the fridge, but you wont have it that long!
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh, finely chopped pineapple
1 3/4 cups sugar
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil over med heat.
3. Stir occasionally.
4. Boil until thickened, about 30 minutes.
5. Let cool, put in covered container.
6. Makes 1-1/2 pints.
7. Will keep in fridge for 6 months.
