Pineapple And Cucumber Salad

A simple salad which can be serve with grill chicken, meat or prawns.
Ingredients:
1/2 peel pineapple
1 peel cucumber
1 peel carrot
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 chilies, seeded and thinly sliced
10 mint leaves, torn to small pieces
1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp of lime juice
2 tbsp of rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
salt
Directions:
1. Cut pineapple, cucumber and carrots into 3 in long strips.
2. Put in a bowl.
3. dd in onion, chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, lime juice, vinegar and sugar.
4. Stir and mix well.
5. Add salt to taste.
