A gorgeous and indulgent smoothie - but totally healthy!
Ingredients:
4 ice cubes
1/4 fresh pineapple
1 large banana
1 cup juice (pineapple or apple or orange or whatever you have handy)
Directions:
1. Put everything into a blender and blitz until all the ice cubes have been crushed. Poor into a large glass and drink through a straw - bliss!
