Pine-Orange Cream

This is from Betty Dunleavy's book, cooking with wine...not all measurements were given so I'm guessing a little. A variation for Che-berry flavour is also given at the bottom.
Ingredients:
1 (40 g) packet orange instant pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 cup cream, whipped
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
5 coconut macaroons, crushed
cointreau liqueur or grand marnier
Directions:
1. Empty contents of packet into a large bowl, whisk in the milk and set aside for a few momonets to partially set.
2. Stir cream, macaroons & pineapple through along with a little liqueur.
3. Chill until ready to serve.
4. ( For Che-Berry flavour, use strawberry pudding, strawberries and crushed meringue with cherry Heering or Cherry Brandy liqueur).
