a good, tasty start before dinner. wine would be good with this. Or anything else!
Ingredients:
1 pound asiago cheese, shredded
pine nuts chopped
sage minced
Directions:
1. shred a cold pound of cheese. Place 6 Tablespoon -sized mounds 1 inch apart on parchment lined baking sheets.
2. sprinkle each mound with 1/4 t each, of chopped pine nuts and minced sage.
3. Bake -425 degrees until cheese is golden & edges are slightly crisp. app 8-10 min.
4. remove from pan with a thin spatula and gently curl around a rolling pin. cool on a rack.
