I came up with this candy when I got tired of the same old stand by's at christmas time, but this is good anytime of the year.
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped cherries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 to 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 bag milk chocolate chips
Directions:
1. mix all fruit and milk together and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. melt chocolate chips in a bowl starting with 1 minute, stir and then melt for 30 second intervals after that.
3. using chocolate molds, fill with melted chocolate to form shells and let set in fridge. put about 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. filling in each and seal bottoms with more chocolate . let set . pop out of molds and enjoy.
