I had some left-over fruit that I knew my kids wouldn't like, so I made a smoothie out of it. It turned out delicious and the kids loved it.
Ingredients:
1/2 fresh pineapple, cubed
3 bananas, sliced
2 ounces dried shredded coconut, not sugar added
2 cups plain yogurt
Directions:
1. Liquify the pineapple, bananas, and coconut in a blender. Fill the rest of the way with yogurt. Enjoy! You can add ice if you like it thinner.
