Pina Colada Oatmeal (Porridge) Low Fat

You could cook the oatmeal on the hob rather than my method, if preferred. You may also want to add a little sweetner/sugar, although I found the pineapple sweetened it enough. If following my cooking method use regular oats.
Ingredients:
40 g porridge oats
250 ml skim milk
70 g canned pineapple chunks, drained
5 g desiccated coconut
Directions:
1. Put the oats and milk in the bowl, microwave for around 2 minutes. (Use a large bowl and keep an eye on it - it can easily overflow - you'll probably need to change this slightly for your own microwave).
2. Add the pineapple to the top, microwave for 20 seconds.
3. Add dessicated coconut. Stir.
