I love this cake and make it often when I need a quick dessert. Everyone always raves about it and I hope your clan will as well. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix plus ingredients to prepare
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
15 ounce can cream of coconut
20 ounce can crushed pineapple well drained
12 ounce container frozen whipped topping
6 ounce package flaked coconut
1 package instant french vanilla pudding
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 350.
2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
3. Pour batter into a greased and floured pan and bake for 35 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and pierce holes in top of hot cake with a fork.
5. Mix sweetened condensed milk and cream of coconut then immediately pour over hot cake.
6. Let cake cool completely in the pan.
7. Spread pineapple over cake.
8. Combine whipped topping and pudding then spread over pineapple.
9. Sprinkle coconut evenly over topping then cover and refrigerate overnight.
