No-bake chilled dessert bars that taste like a pina colada! MMMM Found online a few years ago. Chill several hours or overnight. Ingredients:
2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs |
⅓ cup margarine,melted |
1 8 3/4 oz.can goya cream of coconut |
2 8 oz.pkgs.cream cheese, softened |
1 8oz.container whipped topping |
1 8oz.can crushed pineapple drained |
1/4 cup maraschino cherries,drained and halved |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
1/2 cup flaked coconut |
Directions:
1. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs and margarine, press into 13x9-inch pan. 2. Gradually mix cream of coconut into cream cheese. 3. Beat until well blended. 4. Fold in whipped topping, pineapple, cherries and nuts,sprinkle with coconut. 5. Chill several hours or overnight. |
