Ingredients:
2-6oz package(s) buttermilk cornbread-and-muffin mix
1 container(s) pimento cheese
Directions:
1. Stir together 2 6oz packages buttermilk cornbread-and-muffin mix according to package directions, stirring 1/3 cup store-bought pimiento cheese into batter; Spoon batter into a lightly greased 12-cup muffin pan.
2. Bake 400 degreese for 20 minutes or until done.
3. Split warm muffins, and spead with additional pimento cheese.
4. Serve with Chili
