Ingredients:
30 g (2 tablespoons block-style) light cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup original miracle whip
1/4 teaspoon finely grated onions
1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash ground red pepper
1 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped pecans, toasted
1 ounce (jarred diced) pimentos, undrained
1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika, optional
98 g (14 snack-size slices) pumpernickel bread
Directions:
1. Place cream cheese in a medium bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth.
2. Stir in Original Miracle Whip, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika and pepper.
3. Add cheddar cheese, pecans, and pimiento; stir well.
4. Cover and chill up to 3 hours.
5. Serve 1 tablespoon spread per bread slice.
