good after a meal or just to snack on Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix |
1/3 cup oil |
4 eggs |
1 cup nuts (chopped) |
1 can mandarin orange slices(11oz) |
icing |
1 container of cool whip (9oz) |
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix |
1 can crushed pineapple (20oz ) ( drained) |
Directions:
1. 1. mix first 5 ingredients together
2. 2. pour into 3 round cake pans (spray with pam )
3. 3. bake in oven at 325degress for 30 min
4. 4. cool befor icing
5. 5. to fix icing , mix last 3 ingerdients together
6. 6. put icing between layers , top and sides
