Ingredients:
4 cups whole wheat flour, sifted
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups vegetable shortening
1/4 cup egg white
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Directions:
1. Blend together flour, sugar, & salt.
2. Cut in shortening.
3. Add egg white, vinegar, and water. Mix well.
4. Roll 1/4” thick or less.
5. Can be frozen for later use.
