This fresh pico de gallo goes well with chips or with your favorite tacos.
Ingredients:
4-5 roma tomatoes - diced
1 white onion - diced
2 jalapenos - seeded and diced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves - minced
juice of 2 limes
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon mexican oregano
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
pinch of coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
Directions:
1. In bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Refridgerate for about 1 hour to let flavors come together.
