This vegetarian salsa is freakin' awesome. That is really all I can say
Ingredients:
12 roma tomatoes, seeded & diced
1/2 red onion, diced finely
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & diced finely
2 cloves garlic, crushed
juice of 1 lime
1 t olive oil
4 t finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp coarse salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Mix everything together
2. Cover & refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
