Spoon over grilled fish, salads, tacos or other Mexican fare for a spicy fresh flair!
Ingredients:
4 roma tomatoes, chopped
2 jalapenos, seeded & minced
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 scallions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in serving bowl.
2. Chill until use.
3. Serve as a topping or add a little salt & pepper for use as a fresh dip!
