Ingredients:
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 jalapenos, finely chopped
1 red onion, chopped
2 scallions, finely chopped
1/4 cup lime juice, preferably fresh
1/2 cup cilantro leaf, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon chili powder, ground
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, fresh
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
