Picnic Potato Salad

Good creamy potato salad, perfect with BBQ foods
Ingredients:
3 lbs red potatoes
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise (can use full fat)
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons pickle juice
2 tablespoons sweet relish (can use dill if preferred)
3 stalks celery, diced small
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 small sweet onion, minced
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. boil potatoes whole, don't overcook, about 20 minutes but this will depend on size.
2. cool and peel off skins.
3. dice and add celery, onion and eggs.
4. mix all dressing ingredients, including relish together and stir, taste and season with salt and pepper.
