Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes whole, don't overcook, about 20 minutes but this will depend on size.
  2. Cool and peel off skins.
  3. Dice and add celery, onion and eggs.
  4. Mix all dressing ingredients, including relish together and stir, taste and season with salt and pepper.
