A refreshing salad with a BLT-like taste.
Ingredients:
15 1/2 ounces ranch dip
1 lb macaroni, cooked
1/2 cup ham, chopped
1 cup peas, defrosted
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Spoon the ranch dip (we use T. Marzetti's) into a large mixing bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Toss gently to combine.
4. Refrigerate.
