Make this ahead. Easy to serve.
Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, cooked and peeled
3 large sweet onions, peeled and cut in rings
3 green bell peppers, cut in rings
1 (16 ounce) bottle catalina salad dressing
2 cups cider vinegar
Directions:
1. In large jar or container with tight fitting lid, alternately layer shrimp, onion rings and green pepper rings.
2. Whisk together equal parts of salad dressing and vinegar.
3. Pour over shrimp.
4. Seal and chill at least 24 hours.
5. Drain and serve in large bowl.
