Ingredients:
1/2 c white vinegar
4 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbl. sugar
12 peppercorns
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 jalepeno pepper, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Bring first five ingredients to a boil.
2. Stir in onion and jalepeno slices and remove from heat. Refrigerate. Keeps for several weeks
