Pickled Garlic

Very simple to make. I did not include the time it takes to pickle in the prep or cooking time.
Ingredients:
2 heads garlic
1 cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mixed italian herbs
Directions:
1. Peel and cut garlic cloves in half.
2. Heat the vinegar to until boiling.
3. Add the garlic, salt and herbs and boil for 5minutes. Keep a lid on the pan to prevent too much evaporation.
4. Allow to cool. Store in a container, top with some additional vinegar if necessary to cover the garlic cloves.
5. Store in fridge for 2 weeks before eating.
