Ingredients:
1 scoop (designer whey) whey protein powder, vanilla praline
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup fruit juice
1 tablespoon flax seed
1/2 small banana, frozen
1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend 3-4 minutes until fluffy and thick.
