Photo by Phil There are hundreds of variations when constructing this work of art. You are the artist and can use a variety of Meats, Vegetables, Hard-cooked Eggs, Fish or Cheese.
Ingredients:
1/4 lb prosciutto sliced 'thin
1/4 lb.salami sliced 'thin
8 oz. lb. hard provolone cheese
8 oz. sliced smoked mozzarella cheese
small jar of artichoke hearts
assorted olives
extra virgin olive oil
bed of lettuce (optional)
Directions:
1. Roll meats, slice cheeses and arrange on large plate or platter, along with artichokes and olives. It's okay to drizzle a little liquid from the olives and artichoke jars, along with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
